Tools for Signal Integrity using modern oscilloscopes

 

This seminar is designed for engineers working with high speed digital design, where Signal and Power integrity becomes more important. 

We will talk about “what can go wrong” with high speed interfaces and show you with demonstrations how a modern oscilloscope can offer great solutions for attacking these types of application. Our built-in toolbox includes Eye Diagrams test, Jitter and Noise measurements, TDR/TDT, De-embedding, Compliance Test, Embedding and Equalization, EMI debugging and Power rail verification / debug.

We will also cover the importance of why and how to select the right type of probe and give you probe tips for Signal and Power Integrity test.
