Course Description
Power integrity measurements are increasingly importance in high-speed digital electronics where ASICS, FPGAs and SOCs often require currents of hundreds of amperes. Power distribution networks and voltage regulator modules (PDN and VRM) must deliver a stable voltage under widely varying load conditions while signal paths including traces, backplanes, and connectors must maintain signal integrity for error-free operation.
